Anne and Robbie Norris welcome you to The Old Carpenters Arms (not a
pub!), an old stone built cottage, full of character and set in
a delightful garden in the small village of Broughton,
surrounded by pleasant countryside with stunning views from
the garden across the Bristol Channel to Exmoor and the north Somerset/Devon
coastline.
We are
5 minutes drive from Atlantic College, St Donats, 10 minutes
from Cowbridge, 20 minutes from Cardiff Airport and 30 minutes
from Cardiff. Broughton borders The Vale of Glamorgan
'Heritage Coast' famous for its magnificent cliffs, beaches and
walks. There are 3 attractive rural pubs which offer good
food, each within 10 minute walking distance only.
A
warm, friendly atmosphere awaits you at The Old Carpenters
Arms together with hearty breakfasts, log fires (when it's
cold!), tea and homemade cakes on your arrival and use of a cosy
sitting room.
